Members - Gift Aid

As a registered charity, NAPA is eligible to claim tax on your membership subscription from HM Revenue and Customs (previously known as Inland Revenue). That means if you personally pay your subscriptions and you are a UK tax payer, we can claim 28p for every £1 subscribed without costing you anything extra.

If you wish NAPA to claim Gift Aid on your membership subscription, the following statement must apply:

I’m a UK tax payer and have paid Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax that NAPA are allowed to reclaim on my subscriptions.
I agree to NAPA claiming Gift Aid on all my previous subscriptions (maximum of six years) that I have personally paid and all subscriptions I make from the date of this declaration until I notify you otherwise. I confirm that I have not claimed tax relief on my subscriptions.

Please note: If in future your circumstances change and you no longer pay tax on your income and capital gains, you can cancel this declaration at any time by notifying us. If you pay tax at the higher rate you can claim further tax relief in your Self Assessment Form. Please notify us if your details change.
